Co-Founder Jason Riley:

Jason joined Saddlebrook after an 8 year stint at IMG Academies International Performance Institute (IPI) in Bradenton, Florida. During his tenure as Associate Director of Performance, Jason worked with world-class athletes in all sports. He served as the Director of Performance for the MLB spring training prep program, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the US U17 National Soccer Team, was the Director of Professional athlete development for the ATP / WTA clients training at Bollettieri Tennis Academy, and he designed and implemented the performance nutrition program for all athletes. Jason also served as a performance consultant with several universities, the US U20 National Soccer Team, and served as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the MLS Real Salt Lake Soccer team. Some of his most notable clientele include Derek Jeter, Tommy Haas, and Maria Sharapova. His comprehensive background and coaching experience have earned him recognition as a leader in the field of performance coaching among professional, amateur and junior athletes.

Co-Founder Janis Krums:

Janis is a Latvian born entrepreneur, currently living in Sarasota, FL. He has been involved in the sports world for most of his life, as an athlete he played basketball for the IMG Basketball Academy in Bradenton, FL and Menlo College in Menlo Park, CA. After his athletic career, he was looking to stay connected to the sports world. That’s when he and Jason reconnected and decided to launch Elementz Nutrition.

In addition to his involvement in Elementz, Janis spends time consulting with individuals and businesses about social media. Recently he advised Congressman Vern Buchanan on his social media strategy. Janis has been featured on variety of TV shows and print publications  for his tweet of “The Miracle on the Hudson”
